Physical Profile
Height: For her TRUE height, she'd be around about 5'10".

Hair: Normally, chestnut brown. Bellatrix has black hair, Narcissa blonde, Andromeda got the brunette gene!
Eyes: Born with gray eyes. It's a thing that kinda comes with the Black bloodline, from Draco to Sirius to Tonks.
Identifying Marks: As she can change her appearance at will, aside from some fairly radical hair colors, none.

Build: Tonks is a bit on the thin side, as well as flat in the chest region, normally, with rather broad shoulders and narrow hips. That's not permanent, however. It wouldn't take much to change her appearance at will, but when she has no reason to do so, she tends to leave it be. She's lazy.

Dressing Style: Outside of regulation robes, she dresses much like a muggle teenager might, though there is that particular touch that just happens to scream wizard about her, meaning 'outrageous'. Tonks wears low-cut jeans and shirts that tend to show off her abdomen. It seems pretty normal stopping there, but, continuing on, they're brightly colored neon pinks, blues and greens, among others. She has very few articles of clothing that are just black or white. That's why it's outrageous. The hairstyles, along with colors, Tonks tend to have reflect this style.
Phobias: Losing her sense of self; being a metamorphmagi and having the ability to transform oneself physically, there's the possibility that one can lose themselves in the process, be everything and nothing at the same time, which she does not want to happen. The most noble and ancient house of Black; you'd be scared too, if you were a living incarnation of everything they loathed.

She has been happily disowned from the house of Black due to being a half-blood, but is still related to Lucius Malfoy (Uncle.), Narcissa Black-Malfoy (Aunt.), Draco Malfoy (Cousin.), Bellatrix Black-Lestrange (Aunt.), Rodolphus Lestrange (Uncle.) and Sirius Black (Cousin twice removed.).
